The offer is valid for a first time tenant who agrees to, and signs up, a
12 months rental contract via this office (London Letting). (This offer does not apply to existing clients who renew a contract)
This offer is per tenancy.
He/she must come directly to London Letting.
(This offer does not apply if the introduction comes via an agent, or is referred by a third party).
This is a one-off offer.
The £50 rebate comes at the end of the first calendar month’s tenancy.
The new tenant must be acceptable to the landlord to sign a contractual or Assured Shorthold tenancy.
